Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanges.
Exchanges are accepted within 10 days of purchase, provided the item is in stock and you have proof of purchase.
We do not offer refunds or returns.

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be eligible for exchange.
Products bought on sale can only be exchanged for a different size, depending on availability.
If your order is lost during shipping, please email us with your order details. We will investigate the issue, and if confirmed, we will resend your item.
