Shipping Policy

At Minimeko, we ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. Here’s what to expect after placing an order:

  • Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation SMS and email.
  • Within 24 hours, our Customer Service (C.S.) team will call you to verify the order details. You can use this opportunity to ask questions or provide special instructions.
  • After confirmation, your order will be processed and sent for shipping.

Payment Options

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • If any item in your order is out of stock, we will ship the available items.
  • If your order is not verified within 24 hours, it will be placed on hold until confirmation.
  • If there is a delay in shipping, we will notify you via phone or email.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 3-4 business days. Please only accept packages in an official Minimeko flyer.

2. Bank Transfer / Internet Banking

For bank transfer payments, please deposit the total amount into the account below and send a screenshot of the payment via WhatsApp (03219942009) or email (sales@minimeko.com) for confirmation.
